Joss Jenner-Leuthart is a passionate hospitality entrepreneur, creative, and growth leader with over two decades of work across Australia and New Zealand. From hospitality-led, co-working operator Hub Australia to CUB Ventures arm, Joss has led a diverse spectrum of teams and ventures with a relentless focus on a rich and heavily considered brand experience.

Through management and investment firm Hospitality Is Awesome, Joss now heads up a diverse portfolio of brand-led growth venues and ventures across Australia including cult icon, Belles Hot Chicken.

Most recently Joss has delivered Belles’ first opening since 2018, a Sydney flagship two years in the making since taking over the brand in 2021. With an Adelaide flagship next on Belles’ expansion agenda later this year, the brand’s high-energy take on comfort food and hospitality is a formula only improving with age.
