Smith’s career spans an impressive 16-years, including his own venture in South Central, a beloved South Yarra eatery and wine bar which later transformed into the House of Lulu White.
Smith has made a lasting impact on Melbourne’s dining scene. Valuing service and customer experience as two integral components of managing a successful business, his career to date has allowed him the opportunity to experience many different management styles, business needs and clientele.
Drawn by a sense of family and the chance to learn from the highest level of service and professionalism at Stokehouse, Smith brings his own wealth of industry knowledge to the restaurant, in addition to an unwavering dedication and passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. As Restaurant Manager, Lee prides himself on his people management skills, his goal is to foster a positive workplace culture and one where his team members are made to feel nurtured, and very much an extension of the Stokehouse family.
